  • Customers can track orders using the AWB number on the Delhivery website.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Certain pin codes may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified if shipping is not possible.
  • Customers must provide accurate details at checkout. Incorrect information may result in non-delivery or return.

Important Notes

  • Do not pay any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice includes all charges.
  • If the order is undelivered due to incorrect details, refund will be processed only after the package returns to our warehouse (minus courier charges).
