Refund & Return Policy
General Policy
At The Bag World, customer satisfaction is important, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
Exceptions (Refunds/Exchanges Allowed)
Refunds or replacements are allowed only in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video.
- Replacement and Exchange Policy: We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
Return Policy
- Returns will be initiated within 4 to 5 days
Non-Refundable Situations
- Slight differences in color due to lighting or screen display.
- Creases/folds caused during packaging and transit.
- Incorrect shipping details (wrong address, pincode, or phone) provided by customer. Refund will be credited only when the product is returned to our warehouse, after deducting shipping charges.

Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
